How Does a Prop Firm Work
Once you completes our evaluation, you will receive a funded account backed by Windlu’s capital. This gives you the opportunity to trade at a professional level without risking your own funds.
Evaluation Stage
Every trader begins with an evaluation. This is a structured challenge designed to assess trading skill, discipline, and risk control. During this phase, you must reach a specific profit target while staying within our clearly defined drawdown limits. The evaluation is conducted in a simulated environment, and a one-time fee is required to participate. We do not profit from failing traders; our goal is to find individuals who are ready to perform in real market conditions.
After successfully completing the evaluation, you will receive a funded account. You trade using Windlu’s capital and retain a majority share of the profits you generate. Most traders receive between 70 and 90 percent of their profits, depending on the plan they select.
Risk Management
We place a strong emphasis on risk management. Our rules are designed to protect both the trader and the firm. All traders are expected to follow daily loss limits, overall drawdown limits, and maximum exposure guidelines. These rules are not designed to restrict trading, but to support long-term sustainability and professional discipline.
Profit Sharing
When a trader earns a profit within our guidelines, we pay them a competitive share. Payouts are processed regularly, and our systems are built to support transparency, speed, and reliability. Our traders know exactly what to expect, and when to expect it.
